The No Bake Tent is temporarily closed from Aug 24th to Sept. 11th. Limited support will be available at Burning Man. We have one person attending who is also bringing spare parts, but is not there to work for The No Bake Tent, just to help out fellow burners who find themselves in need. There will be no sales. Please email us at info@nobaketent.com with your issue, your camp address and name, your playa name, the approximate location of your tent in camp and anything else that would help us locate you like you car make, model, color, etc. We will try to help but service is limited and not guarenteed.

Warranty
We guarantee every product we make against manufacturer defects. Should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us and we will repair it or replace it at our discretion.
Normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, failure to properly guy out and stake out the tent, alterations, negligence, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed are not covered under our Warranty. When possible we may offer to repair items not covered under the warranty for a reasonable fee. You will have a chance to approve repair costs before we perform the repair.
Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending in your tent. Please make sure your tent is clean before sending it in – dirty items that require cleaning will be charged a reasonable cleaning fee. Please note that due to the large size of the tents commercial cleaning will be required. Please use a shipping service with a tracking number when sending in your tent – we do not accept responsibility for items that we don’t receive and sign for.
Return Policy
Returns of new, unused tents are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Tents must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included - partial returns will be rejected. Used tents are not eligible for returns. Returns should be sent signature required with insurance. Please contact us for full return instructions.
No returns of tents used at Burning Man are accepted.
